Abstract

I was intrigued by the question, “What if I give this a go?” I really wanted to strive away from a world of perfection and tell my story of resistance in a past relationship. Overwatered, focuses on the positive outcome of struggles because there is always growth even if you don’t believe it, and I decided to believe in myself.

Author Biography

Levi Knorr

Levi Knorr is a poet living in West Kelowna and is currently a part-time student at UBCO majoring in the visual arts program. He is interested in Analog photography and exploring self-growth in his poetry. Levi has also published a poetry collection, A Heartbeat for Your Gentle Soul in the Paper Shell Anthology, a collection primarily for his sister. Furthermore, Overwatered, Levi’s second publication of the year, addresses the hardship in his past relationship and learns that there is rebirth in resistance.
